QRIS is a payment method which allows customers to make purchases in Indonesia by scanning QR codes with mobile banking applications and e-wallets supporting the QRIS standard (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard). You can check the payment amount limits in your project by using Dashboard. To check your payment amount limits, go to Dashboard, select the Projects section, and then click the Payment methods tab.
Payment scenario
In the QRIS payment method, purchase procedure follows one of the following scenarios:
- Scenario 1—the customer scans the QR code displayed on the checkout page or in your system (when performing the purchase by using Gate)
- Scenario 2—the customer is redirected to the provider service where they make a purchase
