Payment scenario
Purchase procedure follows one of the following scenarios:
- Purchase 1—the customer completes the purchase via an invoice displayed on the checkout page or in your system (when performing the purchase by using Gate).
- Purchase 2—the customer is redirected to the provider service where they make a purchase.
Ask your key account manager at Monetix which of the scenarios is relevant to you.
When receiving a payout, the customer initiates a payout and then just waits for the funds to be credited to their account. The customer themself doesn't participate in the payout processing procedure.
